Close-up | Close-ups are obviously useful for showing detail and emphasizing facial features and can also be used as a cut-in |
Mid-shot | The mid shot shows some part of the subject in more detail, whilst still showing enough for the audience to feel as if they were looking at the whole subject |
Wide-shot | The subject takes up the full frame |
Extreme close up | Show extreme detail |
Cut away | Shot of something other than the subject |
Two-shot | Shot of two people, framed similarly |
Over the should shot | Looking from behind a person at the subject |
